Add the noodles to the macaroni to the hamburger and sauce, and stir to coat the macaroni with sauce. Pour cheese mixture on top of macaroni, and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sometimes I just put it under the broiler until it is a little bit brown. Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
