Saute 1 bag of frozen chicken breast strips in 3 TSP of Olive Oil over medium heat.Add chopped onions, and peppers to chicken.Over low heat add Hunts stewed tomatoes (any flavor) and Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce.Eat over a whole grain bun. You may also use multi-grain flatout wraps (100 calories, 8 grams of fiber, 9 grams of protein)Serve with fruit or veggies.
Makes approximately 12 Chicken Joes. You may adjust the receipe to your liking.
