Ingredients
almonds,soy milk, plain low fat yogurt,blueberries
Directions
Ingredients-
6 almonds
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries



Add all ingerdients into blender. Bend for 1-2 mintues until fully blended. Pour into 2 glasses. Enjoy!
