Ingredients
* Mushrooms, fresh, 226.8 grams (remove) * *Coriander leaf, dried, 4 tbsp (remove) * Tomato Sauce, .3 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove) * Garlic, 8 clove (remove) * *Hot Chili Peppers, .3 pepper (remove) * red chili powder, .2 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * coriander powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Sunflower Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
fry garlic and cumin, add onion & green chili & salt cook till colour change, add tomato sauce, coriander leaves and powder, cumin powder, red chili, and cook till oil seperates.

Add mushroom cover n cook till mushrooms are done!
serve with Indian Bread
