Mama Jo's Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 large carrots.5 cup raisins.5 cup walnuts, chopped1 can crushed pineapple in 100% juice1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise1 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream1 tbsp honey
Directions
Shred carrots and mix with pineapple, raisins and chopped walnuts. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and honey in a separate container, then add to carrot mixture and stir in until the carrots are well coated with the sour cream mixture.

Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
