Thai Curry Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
Onion, peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green curry paste, pork chop (cubed), ginger root, basil, coconut milk (if coconut milk reduced to 1/2 cup, will reduce fat in recipe)
Directions
In a wak, add onions, green curry paste and peppers. Cook until soft. Add pork and remaining vegtables one at a time. Cook approx. 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.

    Like I said in the recipe, if you reduce the Coconut milk, you can reduce the total fat grams too. It's much lower in calories than any other Thai pork recipe on the board.
