Sugar free brownie

Ingredients
4 large eggs, divided2 T. butter4 Squares (1oz) semisweet baking chocolate18tsp. (1/3 C. plus 2 T) Splenda1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Melt chocolate with butter in a double boiler. While melting. Mix egg yolks with 2 T. Splenda or sugar.
In another bowl beat egg whites until foamy. (Room temp egg whites beat better). Add salt and sugar and beat until stiff. Chocolate does not need to be completely melted. Let is cool a few minutes and stir into egg yolk mix. Mix well. Add 1/3 of the whites and fold in well. Fold in the remaining egg whites. Put into ungreased ramkins and bake at 350F for 10-20minutes. Do NOT open the oven. Let them cool completely in the oven. Serve with fatfree sugar free topping.
