High Protein Southwestern Vegan Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
One 14-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup diced onions1/2 cup textured vegetable protein1 tbsp Pilsen Latino Seasoning from the Spice House1/4 block tofu2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute the onions with the seasoning & olive oil. Place all ingredients in food processor, and pulse until chunky & wet. Don't over process. Form into thick patties, and refrigerate, 20-30 min.

Cooked on a grill pan, about 5 min on each side so that they browned & heated through.
