Sweet and Spicey Red Cabbage

Ingredients
Half an onion, sliced1 Tbs. butter10 oz. bag of shredded red cabbage1/3 cup dried apricots--sliced (about 11-12)1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spicesalt to taste1-2Tbs. mango chutney OR apricot preserves 1/4 cup toasted pecans--chopped
Directions
Melt butter in pan with onion. Once onion is wilted, add cabbage, spice, salt, and apricots and stir occasionally until wilted. Add chutney/preserves and cook 3-5 more minutes. Add chopped toasted pecans at the very end before serving. Delicious!
