All food group dinner meal salad

Ingredients
1 bag lettuce greens1 cup fresh spinach1 pouch Tyson Premium White chunk chicken1/3 cup sunflower seeds1 green pepper1 tomato5 chopped sun-dried tomatoscucumbercarrots1 can chunk pineapple5 strings of string cheese, cut into pieces1 tbs soy sauce1 clove garlic1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add garlic. Add chicken and soy sauce

Mix all other ingredients. Crumble ramen noodles on top.

Serve with salsa or your favorite dressing (watch the serving sizes).

Add a wheat cocktail roll and you're all set!
