stuffed pepers (meatballs)

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger1/2 package stove top1 small onion1 large red peper1 can spegetti sauce 26.5 oz8 oz sour cream
Directions
mix hamburger, stuffing, onions and season to taste. make 8 meatballs
cut pepper into rings about 1 in. thick
place meatballs in side peper rings in a glass pan
pour sauce over meatballs and cookplace in oven after about 30 min add sour cream to sauce and cook until done. about an aditional 30 min at 425.
you can also use 4 smaller pepers and cut them in half and place meatballs in each half
