Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz White Rice, long grain, 1 cup Beans, black, 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cupGreen Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Tortilla Chips, 4 oz (Serves 8 with approximately 2 C per serving)
Brown ground turkey in large stock pot. Add diced veggies and simmer. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through.
Serve with garnish of cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.
