Beth's Homemade Caesar dressing

Ingredients
6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar1 fresh whole egg1 large clove garlic minceddash of seasoning salt1 tsp of dijon mustard1 cup oil
Directions
Makes approximately 1.5 C so can do a family size salad

In a jar or tall container add first 5 ingredients and add the oil at the end. Using a braun handmixer pulse slowly putting the mixer to the bottom of the jar. Slowly raise the mixer to emulsify the ingredients. If you do this step right you will have a nice thick dressing.
