Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can pinto beans, with chili spices4 cans diced tomatoes
Directions
Cook and drain ground beef, throw in crock pot. Open all other ingredients, plus water, add and stir. Simmer on low in crock pot for 8 hours. You can top with low fat sour cream and chives for added flavor, though you would need to account for those calories as they are not included in the recipe.
