Chocolate Kashi Muffins

Ingredients
2.25 cups Kashi Good Friends cereal1 cup Skim Milk4 packets Splenda or Equal.25 cup Sugar.25 cup Eggbeaters.5 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce.75 cup Pumpkin2 tbsp. VanillaDash salt.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda.33 cup Cocoa3 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mix together Kashi, milk, Splenda, sugar, Eggbeaters, apple sauce, pumpkin, vanilla & salt into a bowl.

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa & chocolate chips into a 2nd bowl.

Combine contents of both bowls. Mix well and spoon into muffin cups. Be sure to spray Pam into pan if not using paper cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
