Creamy Italian Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 mL) olive (or other) oil1/4 cup (50 mL) vinegar (such as Balsamic)3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise1 clove garlic, squished1/2 tsp (2 mL) oregano1/2 tsp (2 mL) basilsalt and pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Makes nearly 1 cup (250 mL) of dressing - enough for a large salad. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for a week.

Makes 16 - 1 tbsp servings.
