Ingredients
Garlic (as much as you want...More is better)2 Onions5-6 Organic Carrots5-6 Small/Medium Organic Potatoes4 Stalks of Organic CeleryChicken Bouillon (prepared per directions for amount of water used)8-10 cups of waterPaprikaPepperReplace Bouillon and water with fat free or low sodium chicken or beef stock if preferred.
Directions
Chop all vegetables well, and add to water. Cook on high until boiling. Lower heat and simmer until vegetables have reached desired tenderness. 1 hour or more
