Frozen Pumpkin "Ice Cream"

Ingredients
1 cup Cool Whip (or any whipped dessert topping)1 cup of canned pumpkin1 pkg (4 servings) sugar free vanilla pudding mix2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
So Simple! Mix everything together in a large bowl. I spoon the mix evenly into 4 small bowls and freeze. This mix also tastes amazing unfrozen and eaten like pudding :)
