Ingredients
* White Rice, short grain, 1 cup * Lentils, .5 cup * Salt, 2.5 tbsp * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Soak RIce and Lentil (Split Black Gram Daal - buy from Indian store) overnight separately (At least 6 hrs).

Grind them together into fine paste. Add salt and let it ferment overnight.

Make into thin pancakes with oil adn eat eith Sambhar or Coconut Chutney.
