Ingredients
Low sodium beef broth, 2 cans5 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks1/2 cup diced onion4 links Buffalo style chicken sausage, cut into slices5 cups green cabbage, chopped1 can of no-salt-added diced tomatoeswater, add enough for broth to cover veggiesseason with garlic, oregano
Directions
Mix all soup ingredients in stock pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer potatoes and cabbage are tender.
