Julie's Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 cube of butter1/4 C water3 tbsp flour1/2 C Sugar1/2 C packed brown sugar6 apples (any type to taste)2 tsp cinnamon1tsp nutmeg2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425.

Peel and cut apples and place into a pie crust already in a pie plate. Melt butter in a sauce pan, then add the flour and stir into a paste. Add the water, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir while it comes to a boil and then allow to cool into a simmer. Pour mixture over the apples. Cover with the second crust. Cut some slits for ventilation.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce the temp to 350, and cook for another 45 minutes. Take out of oven and cool.
