2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt1 apple1/4 cup sugar1/2 milk (1% used to calculate calories)cinnamonnutmeg
1. Cut apple insto small diced pieces and boil in a cup or so of water. After apples are moist, but not yet mushy add cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook into water is gone.
2. Combine apples, milk, yogurt and sugar in bowl and mix well.
3. Pour into ice cream amker and turn on. Let run about 15 minutes.
4. Serve or scoop into individual containers and store in freezer.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
