Old El Paso Chili Seasoning Mix, 12 tsp (one packet)Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1.75 cup (one can)Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (two cans, undrained)Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup (two whole peppers, diced)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (one large)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 peppers finely dicedGarlic, 2 cloves finely minced
Brown the ground beef in a pain. Drain and combine in the crock pot with all of the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well, cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
