*Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), .5 cupYogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup Pepper, black, 1 tsp Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup, shredded Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1.5 cup, diced
wash and peel potatoes, then slice in thin rounds
Mix mayo, milk, yogurt, and parmesan cheese in measuring cup
grease a 9 x 13 pan and layer a sliced potato with a little ham, a little cheese, and onion, then pour on a little of the milk mixture, continue to all ingredients are used, try to reserve a little extra cheese for the top
cook covered in a 350 F oven for about 40 - 45min cook an additional 5 - 10 min uncovered.
