Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons white wine (or sherry)1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion1 teaspooon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons olive oil1 pinch garlic powder3 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloin
Directions
Place soy sauce, brown sugar, wine, dried onion, cinnamon, olive oil, and garlic powder in large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and shake to mix. Place pork in bag with marinade, seal, and refridger for six to twelve hours.

Bake @ 350 for about 50 minutes.
