HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
2 cup reduced fat mayo1 1/2 cup romano cheese grated8 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 lemon juiced1 tsp black pepperdash of cayenne peppersalt to tastegarlic powder to taste2 cans artichokes drained and chopped
Directions
preheat oven 350

spray casserole dish with cooking spray

combine all ingredients in sauce pan and heat until hot

taste adjust seasonings

pour into casserole pan and bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly

serve with tortilla chips, veggies, bagel chips, or crackers ( need to calculate these additional items)

serves 20 about 1/4 cup each
