2.75 lb tender chuck roast1 bag of new red potatoes (approx on recipe)1 lg bag baby carrots1 12 oz bottle of Allegro Marinade
Directions
I put on 150 degrees and cook all day then about 1 - 2 hours before ready to eat turn it to 350 degrees
