cream of zuchini soup

Ingredients
cups zuchini shredded 1 1/3 cup 2 % milk2 tsp margarine1 tsp garlic powderi tsp seanon saltpepper to taste2 tbs light sour creami/2 of a small oinion
Directions
combine all ingredients into sauce pan, and cook on low untill oinion's are tender. Put in blender and blend untill smooth, and enjoy.
You can add what ever spice's you like, I like mine spicy so i add some hot spice just befor blending.
You can prepare the zuchini before hand by shredding and freezing un 3 cup batches untill you are ready to use.
