Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Tortellini

Schwan's Cheese Tortellini, 3 cupBroccoli, frozen, 4 cupsPrego, Meat Sauce, 2.5 cup Frozen Whole Green Beans, 3 cupsContadina Diced Tomatoes w/garlic, 14.5 oz canChicken Breast, no skin, 1lb, diced into 1 in squares4 cloves Garlic
Put all solid ingredients into slow cooker. I broke the green beans in half while still frozen to make the creation easier to mix together. Cover with the pasta sauce and tomatoes. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Nutritional info is based on Prego Sauce with Meat, 100 calorie per 1/2 cup serving of pasta sauce. You may need to adjust if you substitute some thing else.
Tasted awesome, my Wife and kids both liked it (even our daughter, the picky eater).
