Lemon Glaze for Chicken Scaloppine

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free chicken broth4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt5-8 thin lemon slices2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions
Add broth, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the skillet that you prepared the Chicken Scaloppine. Bring to a boil and scrape down any brown bits from the pan.
Add in lemon slices and the parsley. Mix to combine for about 1 minute.
Spoon the glaze over Chicken Scaloppine.
