Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sauce

Ingredients
Nonstick Spray1/3 cup sliced Green Onions1 to 2 cloves Garlic, minced1/2 tsp. whole Fennel Seeds1 cup Evaporated Milk1 TBL. all-purpose Flour1/4 tsp. Salt1/8 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 cup solid-pack Pumpkin2 pkgs(9 oz. ea.) uncooked refrigerated Cheese Ravioli2 TBL. grtaed Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Spray nonstick saucepan with cooking spray. Cook and stir onions, garlic, & fennel seeds over medium heat for 3 minutes or until tender.
Combine flour, milk, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth; stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in pumpkin; reduce heat to low.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Rinse and drain. Divide ravioli evenly among 6 plates; top each with equal amount of pumpkin sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately!
