6 small gold potatoescan small olives4 tsp mustard1 cup mayonnaise5 eggs1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 small carrot
Boil the eggs and the potatoes until tender and then chop into pieces, shred the carrot and combine in a large bowl. Add one cup of mayo, the mustard and the can of olives without the juice. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Refigerate up 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy :)
