Habenero Pepper Jelly Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1 8 oz package of low fat cream cheese1 egg3 cloves garlic5 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese5 oz of habenero pepper jelly
Directions
Mix cream cheese (room temperature), egg, garlic crushed and cheddar cheese in a food processor. Add 4 oz. of pepper jelly and pour into an oiled 6" spring form pan and bakce at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the center is firm and edges are browned and separated from pan edge. Place a pan of water in the oven while cooking to keep moist. Cool in the refrigerator. Spread remaining peooper jelly on top and serve with whole wheat crackers.
