Pie:1 Ready to bake regular pie crust.1 cup Splenda sugar3 tbsp corn starch3/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground nutmeg7 medium apples, slicedTopping:11/4 cups quick cooking oatmeal1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend3/4 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Unroll pie crust and place into 9" pie plate.
3. Combine Splenda sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg, in a large bowl; add apples tossing to coat. Spoon into crust.
4. Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar,walnuts,butter.
5. Top apples with oatmeal topping.
6. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
