Ingredients: 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1/4 cup All-purpose flour1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1-1/3 cup skim milk or soy milk1/4 cup chopped raw onions1/4 cup chopped bell peppers - any color, or a mixture (the mixture of bell peppers makes it pretty1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozen spinach - don't use canned, too much liquid.
