Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs. cut up chicken (thighs, legs, etc.)1/3 Cup melted butter1/3 Cup honey1 tsp curry powder1 tsp salt1 Tbs mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan, skin side up (remove the skin). Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake about an hour to an hour and a quarter, til chicken is tender and nicely browned.

    I wasn't a huge fan of this...but I did try to scale it down for just one chicken breast, so I may not have had the right balance of ingredients. - 6/15/09

    I just found this website and wanted to make dinner with one of the Spark recipes. But didn't have butter. So I substituted fat free yogurt. I added about 4 Tbs but didn't change the calorie count. - 1/28/09
