4 chicken breast (about 12 oz) cut into 2in chunks1 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread 1 TBSP Hot Sauce (I like Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce) add more or less depending on how hot you want it!1 1/2 TBSP White Vinager2 TBSP water
In a nonstick skillet cook the chicken pieces till cooked all the way though, about 3-5 min.
Take cooked chicken out of pan and add the butter to the pan. A soon as the butter has melted add the vinager, hot cause and water.
Add the chicken back to the pan and coat with hot sauce mix. Continue cooking till all of the chicken has been thoroughly coated.
Remove from heat and plate.
Goes great with celery and light blue cheese dressing

I make this for my hubby when he's snacky. It replaced his chicken wing obsession and he begs me to make these. I bake mine at 425 for 20 mins instead of frying, and we're trying them on the BBQ this summer. I just add half the sauce before they go into the oven and half when they come out. - 4/12/09
