Potato's & Porkchop dish

2 Low fat Boneless Pork chop packs (4 per pack)1 - 8oz container of Sour cream ( I prefer Fat Free)1 can Cream of Mushroom soup4-6 Medium potatos (sliced up)Salt & Pepper
Heat the oven to 350 degrees
Place the pork chops on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
In a Mixing bowl mix up the cream soup, sour cream and potatos. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over the pork chops
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or untill the pork chops are done.
