Yogurt Hollandaise

Ingredients
3/4 C low fat plain Yogurt5 TBs liquid egg substitute1 tsp dijon Mustard1 tsp Lemon Juicedash of salt & freashly ground pepper to taste
Directions
In top of a double Boiler, wisk egg, yogurt and cornstartch together. Place over gently boiling waterand cook wisking constantly, until thickene. Remove from hea; Stir in Mustard, Lemon Juice, salt & pepper makes about 1C
