Ingredients
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 1-1/2 teaspoons dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine dressing mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until coated.
Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice or potatoes, if desired.

    This recipe is awesome with Rice Krispies....I had it at my mom's and she gave me the recipe, I lost the recipe and googled it, there are a million variations of it, using just the eggwhites will cut down on cholesterol, fyi egg wash will help ingredients stick to chicken, do that before shaking
