Tuna Kefta

Ingredients
3 Eggs1 1/2 cups Flour2 Tbsp Tomato paste1 can Tuna - drained (optional)Frying oil
Directions
Pre-heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

Beat eggs, flour and tomato paste.

Mix in tuna.

Spoon 1 rounded spoon (a metal non-measuring tablespoon is perfect) of the mixture into the oil and spread evenly until flat.
Cook on both sides until evenly browned.

Drain on a kitchen towl and enjoy!
