Great Guacamole

Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 5 fruit without skin and seedsParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .25 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedLime Juice, 2 fl ozOlive Oil, 3 tbsp cilantro, fresh, 1 servingSalt, 2 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspOnion powder, 1 tspSalsa, .5 cup
Directions
Peel and pit avocados. Mash and add all other ingredients. Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine. Makes approx. 10 1/4 cup servings.
