Ingredients
1 can Kidney beans dark red 1/2 can Beans, black, 1 can Tomato Sauce,Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp 1 Carrots, choppedOnions, raw, .5 large 1/2 pd Ground Beef (extra lean)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Brown beef, saute onions just before beef is ready. Drain extra fat.

Combine all ingredients in large pot and let simmer for about an hour.
