Chicken and Leeks with Couscous

Ingredients
380 grams chicken breast--2 breasts1 cup chicken broth25 grams raisins1 cup dry couscous--2 cups cooked2 cleaned, sliced leeks.5 cup white wine salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 2 servings

Boil broth, add raisins, couscous, take off heat, cover, let absorb broth about 10 minutes, cook rest of dish, fluff with fork.

Slice chicken into cubes, Pam a frying pan, sauté chicken 5 minutes. Add leeks, sauté 5 minutes, add white wine, sauté gently 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over fluffed couscous.
