2 Egg Yolks1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust1 can Borden's Fat Free (Green Label) Condensed Milk1/2 cup Key Lime Juice. Fresh if you can get it, if not bottled a good brand like "Nellie and Joes."1 Large Tub of Fat Free "Cool Whip" or the equivalentB
Beat the two egg yolks well, add and mix in the condensed milk, lime juice. Pour into the pie shell. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove and chill in the refrig for 4-6 hours. Then, prior to serving, slather on the Cool whip in large quantities like a meringue. Makes a 9" pie, cut into 8 slices. Eat and enjoy! Bon Appetite!
