Fish tacos with lime cilantro rice

Ingredients
12 ounces of of tilapia or orange roughy2 tbsp zadies seasoning2 limes4 cup cooked minute instant brown rice1 tbsp fresh cilantro1 small onionolive oil spraytaco shellstoppings:lettuce4 oz cheesesalsa2 tbsp sour cream
Directions
place fish on a piece of aluminum foil place on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the filet. Slice lime, and place lime slices from one lime over the filet. Cover with foil, as if to make a package. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Cook rice as package directs. After its finished, add finely chopped cilantro and juice from one lime.
