*Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 oz , shreddedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, medium,chopped Onions, raw, 1 medium, dicedButter, salted, 1.5 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 6 cup vegetable bouillon cubes, 2 Water, tap, 4.5 cup *Potato, raw, 4 medium , choppedMixed Vegetables, frozen, 16 oz*Whole Wheat Flour, 6 tablespoonSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Precook or use leftover chicken breast.
Saute celery and onion in butter.
Add flour and blend well.
Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
Heat until potatoes are soft.
A very forgiving recipe, you can alter the liquid proportions, use whatever veggies are handy, substitute chicken broth for the veggie, etc. Melting a little cheese in just before serving is yummy as well!
