Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

Ingredients
Garlic, ChoppedOnions, ChoppedButterChicken StockTomatoes, ChoppedFresh Basil, SlicedFat Free Half and HalfFat Free Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Chop Garlic and Onion and Saute in Butter about 5 minutes. Honestly I'm sure I use even less than an official pat. Add the Chicken Stock and bring to a boil. Add Tomatoes and Basil and boil for about 5 minutes or until soft. Remove from Heat. Place this in to your blender and Puree until desired consistency. Return to heat. Add the Half and Half and the cheese and leave just until heated through. Salt and Pepper to taste. I usually plop a few fat free croutons on top for garnish.
