Turkey Sausage Parmesan Rice

3 cups oven baked brown rice (leftover)1/2 package Jennie-O smoked turkey sausage3 cups frozen broccoli1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese2 tbsp butter
Slice sausage into small bite-size pieces, heat in non-stick skillet over med-high heat for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and broccoli, cover and continue heating for 10-15 mintues. Add parmesan and butter for flavor (butter can be omitted for a lower fat version), stir until butter is melted. Approximately 4 servings.
