Ingredients
1 cup wheat spaghetti (Cooked)1 cup fresh spinach1/2 cup fresh tomatoes2 fresh medium sized mushrooms3 tbs. minced garlic1 scallion spear1-2 tbs of medium olive oil
Directions
Makes 2 1 cup servings
Boil and cook spaghetti as instructed on package.
Mix together 1-2 tbs of olive oil with minced garlic, scallion and mushrooms. Sautee slightly. Add spinach cook down. Once spinach is cooked down add tomatoes and cook about 1 min. Mix spaghetti and veggies together and eat.
